Part of the Definition of Democracy is "Rule by the Majority", now this one is the seriously funny part that the brothers and sisters from Europe who are now Africans rightfully seem to forget and I know they know it very well.
Ladies and Gentleman the majority has spoken, whether they are foolish, stupid whatever derogatory term you can think of to label them, they have made their decision and they are living with it. So now the question I ask how do we move forward in building a better South Africa if when the majority speaks the minority can not assist in understanding or rather supporting the ideals of the majority, oh no wait, the majority are of dark pigmentation so obviously they are inferior, Ill cut straight to the point.
Statues that do not represent African history must be erased because surely even if you try and defend, Cecil John Rhodes is not African, he is British and his purpose of coming to Africa was to colonise, so how than can we say as Africans born in Africa that he is African, shall we sell ourselves just because we trying to preserve the history liked by the minority not us the majority.
Okay fine things are not 100% in SA but can we really fight between each other as South Africans white and black because of a statue, why cant white South African understand, yes we cant play the blame game and apartheid card forever but surely when engaging each other we need to be considerate of those elements before saying anything.
