Masipa and her premeditated judgement

Let us first establish what beyond reasonable doubt means.

If nobody heard any screams, I mean nobody, then surely Oscar had cause to use the "I saw a Pussy Cat" argument.

But we had 4 witnesses and even a fifth that heard noises from that home in the early hours of valentines day.

There was an undeniable claim from all four witnesses that they heard a woman scream. Have you ever met anybody that needed schooling on identifying the difference between a man and a woman's scream ?

Did any of the witnesses even bare the slightest reason for distrust ? They were solid and convincing witnesses.

The fact that she admits Oscar was well composed until he was under cross examination and it was only then that he became a poor witness. He did tailor his evidence, he did it on national TV, Millions of people saw his evidence.

The fact that she was shot, the fact that she was shot 4 times and all this while being behind a locked bathroom door, does beg the question, what did she do wrong ?

What did Reeva do to deserve a mowing down by her boyfriend? If Oscar is innocent of murder, then surely she must have been guilty of something.

Gerry made enough evidence available for Masipa.

During his trial, he thought fit to attend a nightclub?

He made it known that his family own the ANC and that he is highly connected seems true after all.

Masipa cared nothing for Reeva, Nothing for the Steenkamp's and nothing for the millions that was watching. Justice had nothing to do with her motives.

There was a fight that night, there was many witnesses to that. What time exactly is highly irrelevant. What is relevant is that they fought, and were not sleeping as Oscar said they were.
This remains a matter of major contention.

Masipa claims all 4 witnesses were wrong. She claims, they heard Oscar screaming. How is it possible for her to make such an assumption a fact?

Michelle Burger was mistaken? Her husband was mistaken? Mrs Stipp was mistaken? Mr Stipp was mistaken?

The neighbour that heard voices in the early hours was mistaken?

All this, while Oscar proved to be lying and tailoring evidence.

What about the locked door? What about the fact that the light was possibly working as witnesses saw it on?

There was no better prosecutor that Gerry Nel, the ballistics expert was thorough and so was the state doctor.

There was undigested food in her body, they were not sleeping as Oscar said they did, he lied!

Among all the obvious premeditation. Seems her decision was pre determined !!!
