My Metro Rail Nightmare!!

Trains are a decent form of transportation, they are on time, safe and cost effective, but not Metro Rail, oh no, definitely not Metro Rail.  Firstly metro rail is not safe at all, the security guards are no where to be found and on top of that, there are many many many criminals getting on the train free of charge just to rob people.  Worst of it all, they have decided to increase the fares, why are we paying more actually? What exactly are we paying for? Better safety? Reliability? I completely doubt that and on top of that, the trains are forever delayed, like tell me something what is the point of having a timetable? Just today, I was robbed of my phone on the train and to make it worse, I was robbed in first class, like if first class is not safe then were are we supposed to go? Shouldn't the security guards be extra vigilant, if its quiet on that train? Because when I was on that train there were like 3 people, all spread out and one of those people was the thief.  Clearly the thieves get more confident, when there is no body really on the train, to top it all off the trains are just too over crowded, I know South African Entities are useless, but surely you can't be that useless!!! But with ANC(Corruption) in power I expect nothing more than the worst.
