Soup kitchen rule

Political parties take voters for granted, case in point is how the DA in Western Cape in Soup Kitche style, by providing material to situation but not solving the problem; this is like having a soup kitchen for hour but people still dont know where the next meal will cpme from.

The Western Cape government is the only provincial government that provide "starterkits" after a shack fire! Yes, it gats people back into their shelter but it does not solve the problem of housing at all.

Then you have the ANC government who also govern in a finger on leak manner, as much as it is aware what s going in an area whether is RDP corruption it waits for the leaks to drip, then it goes on tv to confirm tjat they are aware of the situation!
In the Mothutlung water crises it only reacted when people were now stopping learners to go to school, then it put out a tender had a contractor onsiteband the Premier went to talk to the people.

When the Mayor and Premier of Cape Town asked about their not solving the housong problem, Mrs. Zille points to ANC rule, which is not a good enough excuse for not solving (not attending) the problem. While Mrs. de Lille will blame central government of dragging their feet to release land.

You ask the ANC why it allowed the Majakaneng situation to get violent before doing something about, while knowing that was a water crises, they will point out the various services they provided in the time they tookover.
All of this is irrelevant to a homeles person or a community with water!!
