Telkom has descended into hell.
Phone Telscum call centre and you are told by some moronic voice that “you will wait a long time because there are a lot of calls”. With the patience of Job you wait for thirty minutes before a live person answers and then promptly tells you she can’t help you and without further ado she puts you on hold, where you are told again that “you will wait a long time because there are a lot of calls”.
Well after six repeats of the same process, with all six ducking and diving the seventh answers after being on line for ninety minutes. By this time I am no longer Job but have evolved into a devil and Donald gets my wrath in his ear. I ask him if he is qualified to help me. He say’s he is. I ask him if he is on a go slow. He says no. I ask him is the service always like this and I am not expecting him to design a rocket but just tell me how to put my land line on divert to my cell phone.
Well all he does is cut the line and I am back to square one. I thought one had to die before experiencing hell. No just phone your Telscum call centre and you will know hell is real.
