Forget about the few enlightened informed who always think they know better you just have to do a survey if you want to prove a point that is, that by just asking at random the everyday man in the street about whether South Africa's justice system is still intact and you will hear a very big NO loud and clear. Is this just my own internal assumptions ? Well I have done my own little exercise of the above, by not even mentioning the oscar trial but simply put: yes or no is SA's justice system in a good space and astonishingly the overwhelming verdict is 85% noWhy would the majority believe that to be the case. Well it doesn't take rocket science to work that out. The precedent has been set with your first head of state mr zuma firstly in his private capacity and then a number of his kleptocracy continually and successfully manipulating the justice system, and until that gets fixed the slippery slope will only get more slippery. This is not my own bias thankfully so my subjectivity is ruled out of the equation. Do the test your self by going up to a 100 people (not friends or family,ie not people you know)
