Thirsting for Life

To all the haters....

Hi. Please forgive me for my previous post as I made a few punctuation errors. The article was hastily written on my cellphone, hence the errors.

Let me state that I have a 9 to 5, as I am sure most of you have as well. I will gladly answer the comments I receive, however it can only be once I have made sometime to do so.

Please understand atheists, evolutionists and agnostics, that I am not here to belittle your beliefs in any way. I am not mad, or deranged, as my mind is quite clear and coherent. If you would like to call me names do so, if you would like to swear at me, do so. I will not be moved as I know the direction I am heading. I stated years ago to a colleague and I will state it again today - "Other peoples perceptions of me will not become my reality."

If you all, would like to believe in the "theory of evolution," or in nothing at all, then by all means,  please be my guest. I only ask one thing, respect. if we are to have a healthy and productive debate, then let it be fair. I would like to state that the quotes on my earlier post - "Dear Mr. Freeman" were actually from evolutionists, not creationists as some have thought.

Please read the quotes and see for yourself. So that means I have not used anything from a creationist view as yet. The quotes are from leading evolutionists of days past and if they have said those things, then it seems that there is indeed a problem in evolutionary circles. Yes, I will agree that they are a bit old, however please understand that this is a starting point. It is the beginning of a journey, not the end of one.

Quote  - Charles Darwin himself stated in a letter to a paleontologist named Hyatt that, "I cannot avoid the conclusion that no inherent tendency to progressive development exists" end quote.

Well, what is evolution ?

In a nutshell, it is the belief that all life started billions of years ago, and that all life has consequently evolved from single celled organisms to the complex beings that exist today.

Some have stated that it takes more faith to believe in evolution than it does to believe in God. Well as I stated earlier, this is the beginning of a journey, so the best place to start is at the beginning of the debate between Creation and Evolution. That is fair I think.

Many years ago, philosophers started having very heated debate regarding the origins of the universe and all life. This was the beginning of the debate and it has gone downhill from there. There are now two views - one for evolution and one for creation. Which one is the correct one. I need to state that I fully believe in science when applied correctly. Science answers so many things that it only strengthens my belief in God. I really believe that science can go hand in hand with a belief in God. As we progress along in this journey let us see if this is true.

Let us begin :

There are 3 types of evolution postulated.

1. Stellar Evolution

2. Chemical Evolution

3. Biological Evolution

Firstly we had to have stellar evolution, and as the universe expanded, different elements were formed and then finally when the star systems formed, life on planets could then begin. This is the evolutionary paradigm.

The creation paradigm is stated in the first words of the Bible as : "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

Evolution over 13 billions years give or take 100 million years.

Creation, 6000 thousand years ago.

Scientifically asking, how did the laws that now exist in science evolve, because as evolutionists have stated, everything seems so finally tuned that it is almost a miracle, "if I could use those words" that life even exists.

In an article written by A.J Monty White titled : "Hasn't evolution been proven true: January 10, 2008, the author points out a very pertinent point -

Quoting -

The big bang is the most prominent naturalistic view of the origin of the universe in the same way that Neo-Darwinian evolution is the naturalistic view of living systems. The difference between what the Bible teaches about the origin of the universe and what the evolutionists teach can be summed up as follows: the Bible teaches that “in the beginning God created” and the evolutionists teach, in essence, that “in the beginning nothing became something and exploded.” ........... However, if we accept that the universe and everything in it came from nothing (and also from nowhere) then we have to follow this to its logical conclusion.

This means that not only is all the physical material of the universe the product of nothing, but also other things. For example, we are forced to accept that nothing (which has no mind, no morals, and no conscience) created reason and logic; understanding and comprehension; complex ethical codes and legal systems; a sense of right and wrong; art, music, drama, comedy, literature, and dance; and belief systems that include God. These are just a few of the philosophical implications of the big bang hypothesis. End Quote.

Gravity

So I ask, how is it that everything in the known universe today, held together. There are four forces at play, firstly gravity, which holds the universe together,  galaxies together, solar systems together, then electro-magnetism which keeps electrons in orbit around atoms and the way atomic objects behave in the first realm of the atomic structure, thirdly the weak nuclear force which dictates how atomic elements behave in the nucleus of the atom and then the strong nuclear force which holds the atom together on an even smaller scale, release the energy and you have a nuclear power, which has been harnessed in our nuclear reactors generating our power, or as weapons of mass destruction. If these laws evolved, nothing we know today would exist and so some scientists have said parallel universe's exist and ours came out just right.

I personally cannot believe that. If Gravity was weaker, then galaxies and solar systems would not exist. If electro-magnetism was different than what it is today, no electricity, if the weak nuclear force was stronger or weaker, either to much radiation or no atomic bonds, if the strong nuclear force was anything other that the way it is currently structured, then nothing at all. So evolution does indeed need a lot of faith to sustain itself.

There are hundreds of scientific laws in existence today. These laws are necessary for life, one law missing anywhere, then no life. No debates, because we wouldn't be sitting typing these messages to one another. Let me state - all laws that are found today, most named after the scientists who discovered them, were always in existence, they never just popped into existence the moment the person or persons found them.

So that means that right from the beginning they needed to be there, otherwise as previously stated, we would have been here to discover them in the first place. In closing this particular little note on Stellar evolution, I challenge the readers to do some homework and see where and when scientific laws came into existence, because if they weren't tuned the way they currently are, then stellar evolution could not have happened, which logically means no chemical evolution and that obviously means absolutely no biological evolution at all....

Thanks NEWS24 for allowing these wonderful debates. So until the next time, I once again leave you with a quote -

Have ye not known? have ye not heard? hath it not been told you from the beginning? have ye not understood from the foundations of the earth? It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in:
