Dear Vodacom - this message is specifically for Mohamed Shameel Aziz Joosub, and Ivan Philip Dittrich. In another example of bloated corporates, such as yourselves, riding roughshod over your customers, you have given notice that you want to arbitrarily increase my two year contract by approximately ten percent. In your publicly stated financial results, your obscene net profits after tax, have amounted to more than R13 Billion Rand for the last two financial years. How on earth can you justify this type of corporate greed, when the national inflation rate is only 3.9% ? Do you have any idea how much damage this will do to your brand? Do you even realise how arrogant and contemptuous your greedy corporate decisions are? If you are going to increase your prices, do not apply it to your existing contract customers, because we have had enough of being ripped off at every turn, petrol, tolls, taxes, levies, and now you. The common man has had enough, we are the 99%, we will not put up with your excessive greed! Please respond on this forum, if you dare!
