Electricity problem

As we go towards the 3rd of august for elections, we are currently facing problems with City power and its contractors in our area next to Zakarriya park (Vlakfontein ext.2),imagine living without electricity for a month how painfull it will be,which according to the Constitution of Republic is one of the basic needs we should have.Most of the people in our area have lodged complains and have referrence numbers but none has helped instead receiving message that the job cards have been completed we even went to City power lenasia,then City power workers will ask you how much you paying electricity,the bosses or managers are nowhere to be found,also contractors of City power in our area are messing up and nobody take responsibility,we as community are willing to pay only if they fix the mess they done in our area,we as the community who they cry too,we are helpless,forget about our councillor she is hopeless the last person.We are being denial of access to this basic need and proper service from City power,that was why we find people in our community protesting in Golden highway for service delivery.Lastly thats what freedom and democracy,liberation brought upon us where we elected people who are not competent to do their work and you can't complain to anyone.
