Fighting against women abuse

Women abuse.

As I reflect on this serious protestation against rape at Rhodes, I'm happy to see most of men expressing their views which are against rape by the way, but from my own point of view it's futile to only fight against rape of women, but we as men we also need to help our sisters and mothers to fight against any form of women abuse that they are currently experiencing in our communities.

All men need to do a self-introspection on themselves, let's not focus on physical abuse only but as I mentioned above that we need to fight against any form of women abuse include emotional abuse. When it comes to women abuse majority of men are guilty as charged if not all , all men who play with women's feelings and use women for sexual benefit, these kind of men are not different from those who abuse women in a physical form such as rape.

How many single mothers out there who are raising their children simply because men ran away after they got what they wanted?, that thing on its own is not fair to women because it cause anguish to women. There are lot of things that one can mention to prove that women are abused in various forms.

In conclusion if we really care as men then we need to fight for our sisters and mothers in our communities by making sure that they are not abused nor used in any form. This protestation must be an eyeopener to all members of the society at large to fight against ALL kinds of women abuse. Everything that cause anguish to women must be fought against. Rape is another manifestation of women abuse.
