This is about as much of a shocker as when the National Anthem was sung by that inept Rapper/Rasta dude.
Surely they do not pay this Lady a salary to get up in public and to portray South Africa. She was either under the influence of alcohol or some weird drug, but that was not in my view what a Minister of International relations should sound like.
Then again just about every Politician in the ANC puts their foot straight up their mouths the moment they try to talk.
Again you need to be a SUPER Speaker to defend the ANC, there is not much to defend.
Once again South Africa is made the laughing stock in the International Community. What is new?
