There is no more Polokwane Conference to befuddle matters, and no more political reason why President Zuma should not be charged.
Are the substantive reasons for the charges still valid, and if the answer is yes, he should be charged.
None of the alleged crimes have prescribed, so there should be no hesitation on the part of the NPA to see justice done.
If they fail to charge the man for what are serious crimes (and many of them), they should be removed from office for failing to do their jobs.
