Differences in approach to life.
Recently I did encounter two completely different stories. Both were related to unemployed people. Both stories progressed in a complete different way mainly through the attitude of the players.
1. A cry of a poor determined student
“I am a poor child from a dusted village but i have aspirations From my childhood all i ever desired for was freedom from frustrations. Frustrations of Sleeping and waking up in a dusted environment with no food I was told Education would revolutionize my life for good.........”
The student introduces his problem in a very saddened tone and ended up complaining about the world surrounding him.
The man does not call for my sympathy. He does not mention any initiative which could make a begin out of his misery.
The old saying applies: God helps those who help themselves.

2. Accountant becomes gardener because he can't find work
Durban – A KwaZulu-Natal woman nearly fell off her chair when her gardener told her he was a qualified accountant. Now she has made it her mission to find him a proper job …...

The gardener did not participate personally in telling the story. But -in my opinion- he had showed “entrepreneurial” skills by offering his services as a gardener when he became unemployed in his profession as a “qualified accountant”. In working in the job, he managed to show some of his accountancy skills. This attitude opened another opportunity for him.
Summary
My conclusion: the “cry baby” does not necessary call for sympathy in the world. The more positive individual might just generate some support from his environment by extending his services beyond the job on hand as gardener. Call him lucky????
The golden rule for lucky people is that that they often manage to pull luck towards them by assisting in a positive attitude.
