Undesirable Person

I am a Zimbabwean married for 8  to my South African wife and stay in Soweto. I was however declared Undesirable last week and banned from coming to SA.

In 2008 I got married to the mother of my child who is almost 9 years now. I then got a permit and extended it twice. I then applied for permanent resident permit in 2014 and my work permit expired because of the pending Perm Reisdent Permit. On going to VFSGLOBAL to renew my work permit was told to bring a letter of good cause from Home affairs. In May Once at Soweto Home Affairs I was attended by Immigration Officer who suggested that she will be able to give me a letter to use to travel to Harare Embassy to apply for extension of my work visa. On 8 August I sold my car to cover the expense to travel to Harare and we back to consult the Immigration Officer as per her suggestion. I was give a letter that I was supposed to produce to the Senior Immigration Officer at POE in Mesina.

Once I reported to a very rude Immigration Officer, I related my story to him and juist took my passport and threw it to his Junior. He asked him to give me a Declaration Letter. I was given a copy and it shocked me to see that I was being Declared Undesirable so I thired to speak to the supervisor again but he refused to attend to me. In 30 minutes a immigration attended to me and I expalined  my story an dhe said was going to speak to his Senior. Within 6 minutes come back and went on his computer. He then cancelled the stamp on passport saying that I can go through after stamping a exit stamp.

I then proceeded to Harare only to be told that I am supposed to appeal against my ban at Pretoria Home Affairs .

I am asking for assistance in regards to my problems as I have a family that I left behind. My Wife is not working and have 3 daughters(8,5,2 years). My Wife has BP and my 2 year old daughter has not fully recovered from water burns two months ago.

We are living in poverty and my wife has not received her UIF and Provident Fund since February. Our first born is doing grade 3 at St Peters in Pimville Soweto and 2nd born is at Asha Preschool doing grade zero.

The small one is 2 years old and still sick. I have tried to apply for children grands but I failed the requirement because I was not given a letter that I am  not working anymore for Kelly.

My Appeal to the minister for his intervension so can get back to my family as my Wife has failed to get the R14000 needed by lawyers to submit my appeal against my ban in Pretoria. Please can you contact my Wife on 060661178 and give her the contacts of the Home Affairs. I am currently living on the street of Harare and a good Samaritan come to my rescue today so I could send this email to you for urgent help.

Or you can contact me on my email (georgemaposa69@gmail.com) for for any information requested.
