Zuma, the nation’s praying leader

Zuma, the nation’s praying leader

Most people warm to a leader who prays and places God before himself. However Zuma is not just your average head of government. He is rotten to the core. He should be in repentance, restitution and then he will be forgiven by God and by all those whom he has offended and stolen from.

Repentance means he will turn from his wicked ways and stop lying, stealing and sleeping around. Restitution means he will give back his ill-gotten riches and serve time in prison.

Not much chance of that is there? And not much chance of praying for it either because prayer fails when scientifically tested just like everything else that the ANC attempts.

Every claim that prayers succeeds is anecdotal where the prayer is confusing correlation with causation and then confirming their bias. Believers negate the obvious times prayer fails.

For everyone claiming to be saved by prayer, many more have had no answers or have died. Prayer appears to work identically to wishing with a horseshoe or upon a falling star, as you can demonstrate for yourself.

To rational people this is strong evidence that prayer is a superstition. When it seems to work, at the very most what you are seeing is a placebo effect. Placebo’s can be useful to those who believe they are doing the right thing or getting real treatment, but they aren't divine. And there isn't any evidence that anything is.

So we will have to sort out Zuma and co. by voting them out of power.
