8.1 We will entertain exchanges, returns and refunds at our discretion.
8.2 Refunds will not be given if:
8.2.1 The Mobile Content or Service which you have selected is not compatible with your handset, or
8.2.2 if your handset is not WAP enabled, or
8.2.3 if your handset is used when downloading Mobile Content in an area where there is no network coverage; or
8.2.4 if your handset is barred from receiving Mobile Content or the Service; or
8.2.5 if you are a pre-paid subscriber and you have run out of airtime or if you are a contract subscriber and your contract is no longer valid; or
8.2.6 if you could not receive content because your message mail box or handset memory is full.
8.3 We will not replace or refund any Mobile Content if such Mobile Content is deleted, damaged or otherwise removed from your handset.
