Interpretation

In these Specific Terms:

Adult Content means content which is violent in nature, pornographic or sexually explicit;

Child or Children means a natural person under the age of 18 (eighteen) years;

Children’s Services means services which are, either wholly or in part, aimed at, or would reasonably be expected to be suitable for or particularly attractive to children;

Mobile Content means (without limitation) music, java games, screensavers, wallpapers, ringtones, realtones, data, text, audio, icons, logos, images, sound, photographs, graphics, video animation, and any other item incorporated in the Mobile Content;

Mobile Network Operators means  MTN, Vodacom, Cell C and Virgin Mobile and any other person licensed to provide mobile cellular telecommunications services in terms of the  Electronic Communications Act, 2006;

WAP site means mobile.24.com when accessed from a WAP-enabled cellular or mobile device;
    
Website means mobile.24.com;

Service or Services means the offering and delivery of Mobile Content to you; 

System Support means our helpdesk which can be reached on 0800 764 5668 or on the Internet at mobile.24.com/support;
    
24.com is a Joint Venture between M-Web Studios (Pty) Limited and Media 24 Limited. and

Your information means your name, email address and mobile number.
