Johannesburg - Five people were injured when a car they
were travelling in overturned and crashed down an embankment on the R103 in
Cato Ridge, KwaZulu-Natal on Sunday, paramedics said.
"It is believed the driver lost control over the
vehicle while navigating around a bend on the R103," ER24 spokesperson Werner
Vermaak said.
The incident took place on Sunday morning.
Two of the occupants were seriously injured and the other
three sustained moderate injuries, Vermaak said.
They were taken to a nearby hospital.
