Johannesburg - Justice Minister Michael Masutha has noted a report that one of the Waterkloof four, Christoff Becker, is suing him and three other officials for R2.5m, his office said on Friday.

"We have noted the reports," spokesperson Mthunzi Mhaga said in an sms to Sapa.

"We will deal with same as and when [the] minister gets officially notified of such action."
