Johannesburg - A 16-year-old boy has been arrested for allegedly raping and murdering a 2-year-old boy in Soweto on Sea, Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape police said on Tuesday.
"On Sunday at noon a 2-year-old boy was playing with other children at Songololo Street, Soweto on Sea, Port Elizabeth," said Warrant Officer Dumile Gwavu.
"He [went] missing and [was] found dead by the owner of the house at Serote Street where he was dumped at about 15:00 and is suspected to have been raped."
