Johannesburg – An Israeli fugitive from justice, Shay Moslie, has appeared in the Randburg Magistrate's Court for an extradition hearing.
The hearing on Tuesday was postponed and Moslie will remain in custody, Brigadier Vishnu Naidoo said.
He is wanted by Israeli authorities on charges of murder and attempted murder, allegedly committed in 2012.
After he fled to South Africa, Israeli authorities asked the South African Police Service in June to help arrest him.
A SAPS Interpol extradition task team caught him at the Montecasino hotel and casino complex in Johannesburg.
