Jiba refused to accept summons - Nxasana

Pretoria - Deputy National Director of Public Prosecutions, Nomgcobo Jiba, refused to accept a summons for her to appear in court on charges of fraud and perjury, NPA boss Mxolisi Nxasana said on Friday.

Speaking to the media, Nxasana said he told Jiba she is expected to appear in court on 21 April.

Eyewitness News reported earlier on Friday that it was in possession of the summons and an eight page charge sheet.
