Johannesburg – The Randburg, Langlaagte and Midrand testing stations would be open on Saturdays for the next few weeks, Johannesburg metro police said on Friday.
They would be open for bookings, taking of learner’s and driver’s licence tests and licence renewals, Chief Superintendent Wayne Minnaar said.
The opening hours would be 08:00 to 12:00 and the arrangement, in place for about six weeks, was on a trial basis. It was intended to help people who could not get to the centres during the week.
