PE asked to read the affidavit, in which he says he examined the firearm and components. Findings that the cartridge was fired from that firearm.
But Serfontein's positively linked the cartridge with a 38 Special revolver. PB: Where did this revolver come from? PE: I wonder if he did not make a mistake and rectify it again.
PB: If there was a mistake. That mistake would only have been picked up after the day the original affidavit was made.
