Man run over by several cars on N2

Durban - A man died when he was run over by several cars near Avoca Hills in Durban, paramedics said on Tuesday.

Paramedics found the man's dismembered body lying across the N2 highway, said ER24 spokesperson Russel Meiring.

The highway had to be closed for an hour to allow paramedics to clear the scene.

He said the driver of the car that initially hit him could not be found on the scene.

"Local authorities were on scene for further investigations."

Its disgusting that people can drive over a man multiple times and leave the scene as if nothing happened. Faith in Humanity lost....

Running across the highway as usual, this is breaking the law and these are the consequences, many people have been run over on this stretch of road, where are the police.

Hmmm the guy walking on the freeway was wrong and in SA if you the 3rd person to run over you would get arrested for murder.

N2 is a highway, not a walkway, pedestrians should not be on highways in the 1st place.
