Man seriously injured in 30m fall through roof

Johannesburg - A 25-year-old man is in critical condition after he fell 30m through the roof of a building in Vanderbijlpark on Monday.

He sustained serious injuries to his legs, pelvis, arms, and back, ER24 spokesperson Russel Meiring said.

The cause of the accident was being investigated.

Paramedics treated him on the scene. Once he was in a stable condition he was transported to Mediclinic Emfuleni and then airlifted to a private hospital in Johannesburg.
