Johannesburg - The body of a Boksburg father-of-three who went missing on Valentine's Day has been found in a mortuary.
Netwerk24's Vania van der Heever reported on Monday that the family of Wayne Alberts, 36, is now in mourning after confirmation of his death.
Alberts disappeared while on his way to his parents' house on 14 February. A missing persons report was filed and his family searched for him for nearly seven weeks, even employed a private investigator. A police sergeant at the Boksburg North police told News24 that police searched the local hospitals and mortuary along with Alberts's family, but did not find him.
