President Jacob Zuma doesn’t have to pay a cent for Nkandla.
This is the finding of Police Minister Nathi Nhleko in his Nkandla report, which was released today in Parliament.
Mmusi Maimane, the Democratic Alliance’s parliamentary leader, tweeted a page from the report minutes before the report was made public.
It said: “The president is therefore not liable to pay for any of the security upgrades.”
