"City Power is currently experiencing a power line fault at the Roosevelt substation which has caused power interruptions...

"Our technical operators are currently working in the substation. City Power believes we will be able to restore electricity to the affected areas as soon as possible," it said.

The affected areas are: Roosevelt Park, Montgomery Park, Fairlands, Northcliff, Blackheath, Berario, Risidale, Albertville, Greymont, Emmarentia, Linden, and Victory Park.

Guess where all the robbers are heading... Sorry, little grumpy...didn't get to have my coffee. Sorry to the other drivers who I didn't have patience for this morning either.

Not quite northern suburbs listed there. More like Central and Western

Fairland AGAIN - just for a change. They are constantly having power outages there. Obviously no powerful bodies live in that suburb.

Don't you think it's time you started proper maintenance City Power. That's why we pay for the services and electricity. You have to maintain they don't last forever. What's so difficult to understand?

"Believes we will restore as soon as possible"!!! What on earth does this statement mean?

Oh dear, Ekhuruleni had their turn yesterday. Any likely story they will tell. Bet Mozambique and our other supplied countries don't have these kinds of interruptions, if any at all.
