Johannesburg - The sister of Lindray Khakhu ran out of the courtroom crying on Friday after he was sentenced to two life terms and 25 years in prison for the killing of Westbury toddler Luke Tibbetts.
"You are sentenced as follows... count seven, the murder of Alton Mooi, life imprisonment... Count 16, murder of Luke Tibbetts, life imprisonment," Judge Matthew Klein told 22-year-old Khakhu.
Khakhu, 22, was also found guilty of nine counts of unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition, four counts of attempted murder, the dangerous use of a firearm, and pointing a firearm.
