Johannesburg - Cape Town police say two men allegedly found in possession of explosives have been arrested in Khayelitsha.

The pair drew the attention of the police after they were seen driving a vehicle with broken canopy windows, said spokesperson Andre Traut.

"Immediate instinct led to an observation of the suspects which later resulted in them being pulled over and apprehended," said Traut.
