Johannesburg - Two people were killed and four were injured in an accident on Voortrekker Road in Cape Town early on Sunday morning, paramedics said.
Two people, believed to be in their 30s, were declared dead on the scene, ER24 spokesperson Werner Vermaak said.
Four others were injured, including a man who had to be cut from the wreckage of his car, and taken to hospital.
"It is understood that a Toyota collided into the back of an SUV sending it off into a cemetery on the side of the road," Vermaak said.
