Fugitive, on the run for 2 years, nabbed in Paarl

Cape Town - A fugitive wanted in connection with a R50 000 ATM fraud case was nabbed in Paarl on Friday, the Western Cape Hawks said.

The 34-year-old man was spotted at a mall during surveillance operations, spokesperson Captain Lloyd Ramovha said.

Police had been searching for him since 2014, in connection with the crime, which was committed in Queenstown.

He is expected to appear in the Bellville Magistrate’s Court on Monday.
