Cape Town - Protest action near Cape Town International Airport has resulted in the N2 inbound being closed to traffic on Friday morning.

Reports indicate that protesters have blocked the highway before Airport Approach Road with burning tyres and rubble.
Motorists are advised to use alternative routes.
Traffic is being diverted to Borcherds Quarry Road and Robert Sobukwe Road.
