Cape Town – A 13-year-old boy was airlifted from Lion’s head, Cape Town and transported to hospital after he fell about 10 metres on Thursday morning.
Wilderness Search and Rescue spokesperson Johan Marais said the boy fell at around 10:46.
He suffered face and head injuries.
“Paramedics on the ground stabalised him and then he was transported to hospital,” he said.
It was not yet clear how the boy fell.
