Cape Town - EFF MPs were ejected from the National Council of Provinces one by one on Tuesday after they refused to allow President Jacob Zuma to answer questions in the House.
Zuma was in the NCOP to fulfil his Constitutional obligation to appear once a term and answer questions from MPs.
EFF MP Tebogo Mokwele raised a point of order early on, and was first to be asked to leave by house chairperson Thandi Modise.
Mokwele repeated the party's stance that Zuma was not a "legitimate president" because he "broke his oath of office".
Modise told her that the NCOP was not the House to make a ruling on the issue, and therefore proceedings would continue.
After much arguing, she was asked to leave and was escorted by Parliamentary security.

Mokwele's colleague Younus Vawda stood on a point of order to argue for her case, but was then also asked to leave the House.
EFF MP Vusiwana Mtileni was then dragged out of the chamber by approximately six Parliamentary security personnel, before finally EFF MP Nkagisang Koni stood on a similar point of order, and was subsequently also asked to leave.

Koni could be heard calling Zuma a "small boy" as she was leaving.
