Soul Flyers World Champions Vince Reffet and Fred Fugen did that, and in so doing, set a new world record by jumping off the Burj Khalifa in Dubai.

The skyscraper is 829.2 metres high and became the tallest building when it was completed in 2010.
The Burj Khalifa has also won numerous awards which include:

• 2011 Decade of Design Best of Category/Mixed Use Buildings from International Interior Design Association (IIDA).
• 2011 GCC Technical Building Project of the Year from MEED.
