London - The UK family of the alleged ‘Jihadi John’ Islamic State (ISIS) militant has not been seen for several days, neighbours told News24 on Thursday.
The masked ISIS member, believed to be responsible for beheading hostages, was revealed by experts and the media to be Kuwaiti-born London computer programmer Mohammed Emwazi.
Residents of the affluent and family-friendly neighbourhood of Queens Park, west of London, where Emwazi grew up, spoke to News24 of their shock at learning that he was the alleged ISIS killer.
