Cape Town – WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange will soon be leaving the Ecuadorian embassy in London.
According to Sky News, Assange told a press briefing: “I am leaving the embassy soon”.
The Australian anti-secrecy campaigner was granted political asylum by the Ecuadorian embassy in London after publishing US military and diplomatic cables, and faces arrest.
According to Reuters Assange says his health has suffered during his time in the London embassy.
