According to Hawks Spokesperson Yolisa Mgolodela, Ah Tow was transported by an individual from Marikina in Despatch.
"According to the victim, he was left by the suspects at an unknown location. He wandered, seeking assistance," stated Mgolodela.
"He received help from an unknown individual who then took him to Mount Road police station."
Mgolodela noted Ah Tow's poor condition, citing fatigue, crankiness, physical assault, and hunger.
"He has since been reunited with his family and family doctor. No ransom was exchanged," she concluded.
