At approximately 08:10 this morning (Thursday, April 18), chaos ensued at a pharmacy in Charlo as two armed suspects stormed the premises, demanding cash.

According to Captain Andre Beetge of the South African Police Services, "They took an undisclosed amount of money and then locked the personnel in an office before leaving the scene in an unknown white vehicle. No shots were fired, and no persons were injured during the robbery," he explained.

A business robbery case was opened and is being investigated by SAPS Walmer.
