Let us face the truth: only a sober, impartial and a visionary broker can best serve humanity in the Middle East on the Palestinian-Israeli question.

The US government is not, never has been, can never be, an honest broker in this conflict. Impartiality and integrity are non-negotiables for any successful mediation endeavour - be that among individuals, countries or any other disputants. That is what earns those who mediate, the respect and trust of all parties to a dispute.

The US and the UK cannot play the legitimate broker role in the long-running dispute between the Palestinian and Israeli peoples. As you read this, Palestinians in Gaza and in the West Bank are being bombed by arms and equipment supplied by these governments.
