This is what Pretoria will ask when, in the next two months, it sends a high-level delegation to Washington in a bid to save strained relations with the United States after South Africa's victory at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) last month.

The director-general of the Department of International Relations and Cooperation, Zane Dangor, says the delegation, which will most likely be led by International Relations and Cooperation Minister Naledi Pandor, plans to tell the US that it stands by its decision to respect international law.
