That is, if the Leave No One Behind 2024 review report is anything to go by.
Released two days before the State of the Nation Address (SONA), the report looks at efforts made since 2019 in growing the economy, fighting corruption, stabilising energy security, healthcare and gender-based violence, among other areas.
