Security measures were beefed up at a presidential imbizo in Mpumalanga after uMkhonto weSizwe Party (MKP) members' failed attempt to disrupt the proceedings on Thursday.
They walked into the marquee where the imbizo was held, seemingly undetected. They were clad in MKP regalia, carrying placards that read: "EWP is not ANC," "Hiring for girlfriends," and singing: "Wenzeni u Zuma? (What has Zuma done?)" .
Their singing caught the attention of the media and everyone else, but they were quickly ushered out.
