The Boeremag member accused of raping and sexually assaulting two teenagers while he was out on parole failed to show evidence that the State's case is weak and that the charges were concocted.
This was one of the findings made by the Bronkhorstspruit Magistrate's Court, which denied bail to the accused on Friday.
The man, who cannot be named until he pleads to the charges, is accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl and raping a 19-year-old woman.
