Tea, coffee and scones – this is what the acting head of the Justice College in Pretoria, Neptune Masombuka, is allegedly demanding from staff although there is no budget for it.
The National Education, Health and Allied Workers Union (Nehawu) has accused her of running the college with an iron fist and like "her own spaza shop".
The Justice College is a state academy within the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development, and among other things, offers training to court personnel like prosecutors, interpreters and state attorneys.
