A clinical psychologist and criminologist who assessed "samurai killer" Morné Harmse back in 2019, found that he was a significant danger to others and that it would be reckless to release him on parole.
"The final conclusion was that he shouldn’t be released, and there is a strong possibility that he should never be released," Professor Gerard Labuschagne told News24.
