Neal Ah-Tow had been missing since Friday, March 1.
Gqeberha businessman, Neal Ah-Tow, has returned home safely, Hawks spokesperson Captain Yolisa Mgolodela said on Saturday.
He was snatched by five armed men outside Neal's Fish and Chips in Crichton Street, Sidwell, on 1 March.
Mgolodela said he was released at about 21:30 on Friday.
