We chat to this South African who is the oldest person to swim the English Channel!

Otto Thaning is a 73-year-old heart surgeon from Cape Town. He recently swam over 45 kms from England to France, becoming the oldest person to swim the English Channel.

Thaning speaks with us about his epic journey, and says he wants to motivate older people to lead healthy and happy lives.
